S.M. Arifuzzaman is a B-School Professor, strategist, and an internationally certified emotional intelligence corporate trainer with 20 years of experience providing outstanding knowledge products for 1 Million students, managers and employees. Arif has been in the education & learning industry since 2003 and has delivered trainings & lectures on Emotional Intelligence, Stress Management, Leadership, Teamwork, and bootstrapped financing for BCS Cadres at BPATC, ICMAB, a2i, Dhaka WASA, HelpAge International Bangladesh, Brac Bank, 5 international universities of Canada, Australia and India and other corporates.

Arif holds Euro Asian Dual Degrees- Master in Management, Finance from ESCP Europe, Paris and MBA from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) along with a B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering from BUET.

He is currently working as a Professor & Head, School of Business of Canadian University of Bangladesh. He has been featured regularly in popular TV channels and he has published more than 50 articles on emotional intelligence, education and training in leading newspapers of Bangladesh.
