Have been a successful strategy architect in developing and implementing various process, implementing HR initiatives to build the culture of the organizations. Ms. Anwar has a myriad of experience that spans over 23 years which has carved her path to her illustrious career. During this period, she has served at different organizations. Prior to joining Renata PLC she was heading the HR & Training department of BRAC- AARONG & Ayshea Abed Foundation as the Deputy General Manager.
A SHRM-Senior Certified Professional, Ms. Anwar has completed EMBA Degree with distinction from BRAC University, major in Human Resources after having completed her Masters in Management. She is also a Member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
