Having 20 plus years of extensive & proven experience in overall HR and Talent Acquisition focused on HR leadership, Team building, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, Training and OD respectively. During my job I’ve been actively involved with a number of leading roles with renowned MNC’s, government and corporate entities.

In addition, I’ve provided skills and capacity development training, startup consultation, mentoring, business partnership and HR services to GO, NGO and collaborative agencies and universities. I intermittently write articles on career and professional development issues in different social media & online portals.
